Before starting franckly, I led People & Culture at Polaris Labs, a company born out of Protocol Labs, one of the most innovative networks in tech. There I built the systems that helped dozens of teams scale from early idea to thriving organization.

I founded franckly to solve a pattern I saw across organizations: leaders were losing time and momentum fixing people problems instead of building. franckly exists to give them the clarity, compliance, and structure to scale fast without breaking their teams in the process.

I bring a mix of operational precision, startup empathy, and investor mindset because I've sat at every table: founder, operator, and advisor. Today, I partner with growing businesses to build the people infrastructure that drives lasting performance.
